However, there was construction in the room next to us and the staff were not trying to improve our experience. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. the pool is bice to cool down but not an area to hang out."Reviewed October 23, 2026Roundtrip • Seoul (GMP) - Surabaya (SUB)GMP - SUB • 2 stops SUB - GMP • 2 stops$2,145$2,079found 9 hours agoper traveler - Hotel O near City of Tomorrow Mall

Surabaya5 nights4.0 star property8.0/10 - Very good (163 reviews)"I stayed in one of the larger suits, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, mini bar stocked daily, breakfast was PLENTIFUL & then some. The pool I never did enjoy, I was far too busy during my stay to get a chance to enjoy the pool. The staff were SO kind and attentive, couldn’t be better. The spa was very impressive, highly recommend their on site spa. All in all I loved my stay so much & would HIGHLY this accommodation."Reviewed October 21, 2026Roundtrip • Seoul (GMP) - Surabaya (SUB)GMP - SUB • 2 stops SUB - GMP • 2 stops$2,237$2,103found 9 hours agoper traveler - Platinum Hotel Tunjungan Surabaya

Reviewed October 24, 2026Roundtrip • Seoul (GMP) - Surabaya (SUB)GMP - SUB • 2 stops SUB - GMP • 2 stops$2,422$2,349found 9 hours agoper traveler
