Staff at reception were extremely professional and helpful in finding a room to meet my requirements. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and styled in a theme with the property.
Everything was perfect. Great location staff very friendly
This is a brilliantly situated hotel for Stratford-Upon-Avon. No need to use the car. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. We used the pool and sauna and this is the best kept and cleanest area we have seen in a hotel. Would highly recommend.
We enjoyed the novelty of a mini castle, along with the vista it offered of the Warwickshire countryside, and access to a great Indian restaurant.
Spacious room, neatly dressed, regularly cared for, I believe they also allow dogs which is good to know for the future. Only issue is the pressure in the shower is a bit weak but doesn’t hamper the overall stay.
It was too warm in the room and the shower's temperature was hard to set. However, all staff were very accomodating with our needs.
We booked a two night stay here for our wedding anniversary. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner both nights and the food was simply the best we have had in a hotel. We had a dog friendly room which was spacious and close to the extensive gardens. We loved our stay and would highly ...
Very pleasing and so different to the standard rooms and treatment in modern hotels.
Good location for Leamington Spa where we played bowls.
