Love staying here you get a good breakfast (06:30) friendly staff but some times the price is just to much but you do get a discount on the parking when you stay

Lovely bed, but room let it down
Good things about this place. Easy to get to, friendly staff. Bed is so comfortable, i am actually looking to buy one! First time ive woken up without backache. Lovely dove toiletries. Breakfast delicious! Bad things.. you pay for parking, bathroom was a bit grubby. Bits were missed & lots of dust behind the door. Questionable marks on the tiled wall. Shower water pressure not good. More of a dribble. The aircon was dodgy. I wanted to warm the room up as it was baltic outside and in. Followed the instructions it didnt get warmer & fan still blowing out cool air. It then showed a malfunction. Turned it off in the end. I dont know why, but holiday inn always put their plug sockets in the most bizarre places. Never by a mirror or by the bed! You have to move the kettle for a cuppa cant charge your phone next to the bed & cant look in the mirror whilst drying your hair! Last time this happened, i asked for an extension lead, which was provided. Next time i go away, unfortunately holiday inn wont be my top choice.

Lovely stay
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay from the moment we arrived until when we left. Room was clean, tidy and larger than expected. Bar area was busy (which was nice) but service was not an issue. Breakfast ran low on food a few mins before closing time (should have gone to eat earlier). Staff always friendly and helpful, much appreciated.

Good for an overnight stay to break our journey
The hotel was a bit tired. There was a limited evening menu which meant we had to drive to get a meal. Staff were friendly and helpful

My journey was long and stressful due to very poor weather conditions and the prospect of the funeral I had to attend the following morning but the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The duty manager and her two staff were absolutely excellent and went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed especially the young man who took my luggage up to the room. Everything was very clean, tidy and well equipped. This was the nicest budget chain hotel I have ever stayed in - thank you.

Good hotel
Although we weren’t there long I found it to be a nice clean hotel, our room was a little small as we had a double sofa bed for the children but it was comfortable and well stocked

Terrible place to stay
It was cold throughout the build people had coats on in the dining room Corridors were extremely cold Our room was very cold the heating was not working there was no heating in the bathroom therefore we could not shower for the 2 days we were there On day 2 we were given an electric heater to warm our room but it was still freezing cold We wore our coats at breakfast along with many other people the breakfast was very sparse not like other holiday inn express hotels we have stayed in The evening meal was extremely poor after waiting 20 mins we were then told that there was no salad to go with the meals when my burger came up it was very dry and burnt around the edge and the bun was hard and burnt My husband had a chicken wrap with no salad or sauce as advertised We complained and they did give us our money back after a few strong words We then had to find somewhere else to eat Please do not stay at this dreadful hotel I will be taking this up with hotels.com and IHG

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Parking was an extra charge but was right outside the hotel. There was an additional charge and you pay on an app either at carpark or in hotel. We were met warmly by Andy the Manager and his team. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was good. Additional beverage sachets were available in reception if required. Breakfast was of a good quality and was topped up constantly at the servery area. Macdonalds is a 2 minute walk away and has an indoor play area which is great for the kids. We had a lovely family stay and if we ever visit Warwick again we will return to this hotel.

A slightly disappointing HI Express experience
On the whole the stay was as expected, though the mattress on the bed had probably seen better days (sagged in the middle) there was quite a lot of road noise and you had to pay for the on-site parking. Also this is ca 2 miles from the centre of Warwick and so you need to drive somewhere to get food / entertainment (though we knew this when booking so stayed in the town until late)

Conveniently located. Food was good. Only things that let it down was, that there were 2 huge stains on the floor that looked like a dog has done its business on the carpet and then it hadnt been cleaned properly. The other thing we had issues with, is lack of lighting. Even with all the lights on in the room and curtains open, it was really dark.

Staff were excellent the lady on reception when I arrived after midnight 11th Nov was so helpful after my long international journey. Staff at breakfast were also extremely helpful. All round it was a great place to stay. No fridge in the room surprised me but to be fair I should have double checked the room details. Would stay again. Indian give stars for area as arrived late and out next morning I didn't have chance. McDonalds is right outside for that coffee on the way out.was ideal though.
