The pool and spa were closed. We booked a regular room but they gave us an accessible room. They made several poor excuses for giving us the wrong room.

I booked this hotel because we were going to a convention in the area with kids and it had a pool to keep us busy. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed. If I had known I wouldn't have booked it, there was no advance notice given. Included breakfast was nice, it saved time in the morning and was serve yourself. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room had several holes in the walls that hadn't been repaired.

No conditioner; never cleaned my room, and no one was at front desk when i needed help with something and i even called to get someone to get to front desk and the employee finally came out and was like “i am on break”. I was like okay can you find an employee to help me then ? He was dismissive. I was very upset that no on was there to help

It’s an easy drive to get to Washington DC. The only thing is the pool was closed. My 2 kids were looking forward to that part.

Was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and food was good. The woman who checked us in was lovely. There was no housekeeping staff because of the holiday and the pool was out of order, but it was a nice hotel.

It goes with the saying “you get what you pay for.” Definitely a budget hotel. Good location for highway access, but police were busting doors down at motels every night right down the road. Hotel itself is old and needs to be updated. The room we had was ridiculously hot. We needed the AC on full blast all day and night in December. We were going to use the pull out couch bed but there was what appeared to be mouse droppings on it so we decided against that. The shower had mold on the caulking and the shower rack was pulling from the wall, held in by what looked to be sheetrock screws. The toilet paper dispenser was also loose. Almost looked like it was wallpapered into place. The bedding was clean and housekeeping came when they said they would. Breakfast is free but not enough room for the number of people who stay there. They had standard breakfast items available. One reviewer from the past said the eggs were rubbery. After eating them, I do agree with that statement. However, overall the breakfast was fine. So, to sum it up, good budget hotel but you will get what you pay for.

I chose this hotel because on this Expedia page it said it had Pool and hot tub, this was the main reason I chose it, and my three small children love the Pool and hot tub, and when I was checking in I The lady in the lobby said that the pool and hot tub were not available during my entire stay. Imagine traveling 8 hours by plane to stay in a hotel for 4 days and enjoying its facilities and only hearing “sorry, our pool and hot tub are not available.” working.” We were all tired from the flight because we traveled at night, and believe me, if I had wanted a hotel without a pool and hot tub I would have found it cheaper and closer to the place where I had to go every day.

Clean, well located. Walls are very thin, you hear the neighbours. Swimming pool is closed for renovation, which was not mentioned on the description. Breakfast is spare if you come after 9 am.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. I had three kids with me. The pool was closed and I was not told that until I checked in. That made for a long boring stay for my kids.

Enough for a night. Clean.
Then hotel had spacious rooms. Loved the queen beds and desk/lounge area. For price, we got everything we needed. Shower could have been cleaner...corners had some mold. They use large pump bottles of shampoo etc. That were eco friendly but I usually dont like that. The refrigerator was eco friendly but it didnt keep my dairy cold. Beds were firm. Pillows were comfortable. It had extra couch bed. We were in 1st floor and there were people smoking pot and parked outside right by windows. Wecalled and they moved our room right away. The gym and pool were closed due to renovation but it never specified on site. Breakfast was good.

I was in the shower on my last day of my stay I was checking out at 11am and I saw a roach crawling on the shower curtain. If I wasn't already checking out that day I damn sure would have been leaving and getting a refund on whatever days o had left. The corners of the shower have black and brown dirt in it and half of the things were about to break i.e the toilet paper holder the metal racks in the shower and other things. I would not stay here again and I was in room 119!

Nice room, no pool :(
The room and lobby were clean and functioned well. The staff was friendly and efficient. The pool was unavailable and that is why I chose this place. The breakfast options were many, but the eggs were rubbery, inedible. We would stay here again!

The front staff is amazing. I felt so welcomed at the hotel. I had an 18 wheeler truck and they allowed me to park that as well as other hotels never let me. Amazing place for an amazing price!

The shower head had nothing to hold it up so you had to hold it the entire time you showered. The water pressures was non existent and the the temperature was either cold or melt your skin off hot. The bed was not comfortable at all. Half the lights in the room did not work.
