The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We would especially like to recognize Maria, who provided us with excellent service and was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the employee working the night shift in the lobby was very different. We were simply buying some water and happily talking because we were excited to see each other. He spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner, told us to be quiet, and ordered us to move away from the reception area. His attitude was completely unnecessary and made us feel very uncomfortable. Aside from this unpleasant interaction, we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the rest of the staff, especially Maria.
