This isn’t a resort any longer and not affiliated with the super club and pool located on site. The actual listing may no longer be up to date. It’s in a great location and beautiful setting. The actual condo is nicely appointed with two large bathrooms along with a huge laundry room."

"This place deserves more than 5 stars!!! Sparkling clean, wonderful amenities, towels were 5+ hotel quality and it was all set to welcome us. There were nice bath products for our use. Since the temp was way below zero on our arrival, it was great to have a “warm” welcome. Lights were on and the temp was perfect. We all agreed it we will hopefully be able to return next January when we again head to Eagle River for snowmobile races. The area at the rental has beautiful surroundings. Another...

"Everything was exactly as described in Description.Nice bar lodging 1/2 city block, walking distance .Offered Coffee, tea,hot chocolate, rolls ,muffins and alcohol beverages .Female Managers very helpful and informative . My most negative review was our condo number 251 had so much iron in water .Smelly and could not drink it .Coffee not drinkable . Added flavored packets to water and still unpleasant. Need a filtration on kitchen faucet or provide case of water for renters ."

"Was a great little cabin and was very accurate to the description. The lake was incredible and the people around the area were very kind. The only thing was it would be nice to have an easy way to ask quick questions as they come up but for the most part, they had everything you needed and most questions answered. Would definitely stay again!"

"Nice location and set up of the condo. But definitely needs some updating. Beds were not the most comfortable and sheets did not stay on overnight. No towels supplied in kitchen and as well no instructions left regarding trash cans to place trash bags which they request we remove."

"We have stayed at many properties over the years and several in the same area before and after this stay. This however was the first time we ever stayed at home managed by Hiller Vacation Homes, and I will try to make that my last! After a long drive up we get to the house and unload its late by now like midnight and boy we would all like to shower. Oh wait not a single towel in the entire house? So here we are in Hillers words a beautiful executive condo....with not one towel! No towels sir due...

"Very nice place.. not very happy with outside snow removal due to lack of snow removal had to carry our many bags of luggage coolers etc. Down long steep very icey driveway that was not maintained even after my call to vacasa with no call back and lack of problem getting taken care of plus ad showed washer and dryer but those where not available.. for what i paid to stay here it should have been safer to get to our unit driveway going down the hill was not safely maintained plowed or salted"

"It was a quick stop on the way for a quick business trip in the UP! For reference, I generally stay at 3-4 star hotels. These rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, owners very friendly, beautiful setting a couple minutes, to a handful of minutes drive to everything you need in Iron River. Reasonable continental breakfast offered. Super cool guy who is a fish guide on site who will take you out and give you the experience of catching fish! I love Michigan, and I loved this hotel! Would love to stay again! "
