"I had another great stay at City Hall Grand staying in suite 308, the "flood room" which is really more like a small customized apartment than a hotel room. Great atmosphere, super cool lighting, comfortable large bed and a very unique shower built into the master bedroom as well as a nice office/kitchen area to take care of business while you travel and make some coffee for yourself too. Always an amazing place to stay at in Williamsport, highly recommended."

The continental breakfast seemed courtesy of the dollar store. The danish/muffins looked like someone sat on the box before opening it. At least they had orange juice. I was disappointed. I was looking to eat before I started my drive. Not have to stop to eat. Great looking hotel. They seem to be cutting corners to save money. Make a profit. Just wish it wasn't at a guests expense."
