“For a chain hotel you would expect cleanliness, there was mold in the bathroom, spider webs, the place was not clean. The breakfast was the bare minimum. This hotel needs to try harder and put some money and elbow grease into cleanliness. While the beds had new linens the rooms were not well maintained. It looks good from the street, the lobby and that stops when you actually look.”

“I'm not sure if this is becoming a universal thing in limited service hotel, but I hate the lack of in-room coffee. I like to start my morning with a cup of coffee before getting ready for the day. Coffee was only offered in the lobby/ dining area. Therefore, I had to either get dressed and head down or as I did on the second day, just go in my pajama's. The staff was nice--but the breakfast was just okay. The pancake maker was out of service. My room was clean but the carpeting around the……
