"We were not sure about staying at Jufa because it was out of the way, however, it's location is what made us love our stay even more. This is one beautiful, scenic and peaceful hotel. The perfect place to unwind. There was plenty of parking and an elevator to bring you to the hotel entrance making it easier. Wish there was another elevator inside the hotel, but they offered to help us with our bags. We were warmly welcomed and check in was a breeze. Our room was wonderful, a little dated decor-wise but it added to the charm of the place. So comfortable. We were given robes, slippers and towels to use at the pool and spa which was so nice. We booked Jufa because of the spa and were so glad we did. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. We were the only ones to use it at the time making it even more luxurious. Slept so well afterwards. Breakfast, in the morning, was outstanding and absolutely delicious. Lots of choices. We sat at the corner table and looked out over the hills and valley and it was spectacular. A definite highlight of our European vacation was our stay here. We have talked about returning to Jufa again in the future and staying longer. Loved, loved, loved this hotel. We missed it the moment we left. Thank you Jufa."

"Neighbourhood was great with proximity to forest paths, river and the famous Titisee and Schluchsee. The "detached quiet cottage for 4" left a lot to be desired. Transparency on costs per night: apparently price on Vrbo is for 2 persons, with each additional person at 15.80USD per night on my booking. Cleanliness: Living room sofa was full of hair from a previous occupant. The bed in the childrens room had traces of confetti or sweets from a previous occupant. Communication: Nothing explained about how heater works despite 2 degree temperature at night. Recycling and garbage disposal is not explained. Light switch in the bathroom was simply an open electrical connection. Nothing was mentioned about "the other light switch" concealed in the bathroom cabinet The stay in the cottage would have been a whole lot better if certain aspects were clarified, basic cleanliness was ensured and expectations not raised about a so called carefully "curated atmosphere"."

"Great place. Good breakfast. Buffet in the associated Chinese restaurant is nice and not expensive option. 15 min walk to Solo Uno on Swiss side of Rhein. Good dining option in Gambrinus. "

"The hotel has an electronic check-in process, which I found fairly easy to use. The staff was friendly and accommodating for common requests. The view was not that great. You will definitely need a rental car or use Uber to get around. There is a nice local bar nearby that has a nice selection of beers and food. The parking lot is located across the street from the hotel so it's a little inconvenient when there is road traffic during the day."

"Check-in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. I did not use any facilities. The staff were exceptional, helpful, and patient with a problem that I had, which they resolved. I will be back to stay on my next visit. Big thanks to Sara and Joana."
