I was a little disappointed simple things like coffee pods, tea bags, or even a pen and tablet were not in the room. We called the front desk and was told they are no longer available in room , they provide a coffee pot but you have to but your own coffee. We needed to copy down an # and address and had no pen or paper to right on. These are simple and inexpensive items for a top Hotel and Casino to provide and it would have been greatly appreciated. Also they gave us a handicap room which we didn't need, the roll in shower got the floor all wet and I almost fell as the shiny floor was quite slippery. Just a few things to think about. But the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Staff were kind and helpful. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. The beds were extremely hard, pillows went completely flat, and the elevator is very very slow.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Rooftop pool is great for cool off at anytime. Very convenient base because everything is around you. The beach is 1 minute away, loads of food spots, busses are all close by if you need them and hotel staff are lovely.
