There is nothing good to say about this place. We didn’t have hot water in our room. We reported the issue and the front desk said “I will try to get maintenance to look at it “ this never occurred. We stayed 2 days without ability to shower! The hotel is in great need of fixing up! Our room had holes in the walls. The bathroom tub was very dirty. There was food in the refrigerator no idea how long it’s been there. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Warning: Do not stay here!

Room had leaking toilet. Floor was wet. He still wanted to stay in that room. We refuse and he gave us a different room which turned out to be dirty. We were tired and didn’t think he would give us a refund. Will never stay there again.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly and not a lot of options since it was New Year’s Eve. It worked but it was very run down and needed a good cleaning. Next it could use some grass for the pets😊. Unless you stay in the casinos in wendover, most motels are a bit run down. It worked overall.

The price was low. The water pressure is good, there's plenty of hot water. The mattress seemed clean. The carpet had not been vaccumed, and honestly, Iit needs to be replaced. Deep cleaning might not work. The toilet looked dirty, and the bathroom smelled like urine. There was a big non functioning soaking tub right next to the bed area, with a small leak that they are trying to mitigate with a dirty towel. The tub looked dirty. The tv was not setup, and there was no remote control. When we asked for a different room, they said it could not be arranged. They gave us a remote that didn't work with the tv. The furniture, drapes and bedding look very outdated. We checked for bed bugs, and thankfully we didn't see any. We did stay there because it had been a last minute unplanned one night trip, but would not stay there again, and would not recommend it to anyone. During checkout, another guest was complaining of how dirty the place is. If they cleaned it well and made sure that their equipment worked it would have been kind of passable for a desperate situation like ours, but I would never bring our kids there.

Vintage 1970’s decor, and not in a good way.
This hotel is overdue for at least two updates/remodeling since the last one which was likely in the early 1970’s. The bed did not have a fitted sheet so there’s a good chance you will make direct contact with the mattress.

Horrible place to stay
When i checked in the guy wasn't friendly at all, he had an i don't care attitude. The bathroom floor was full of hairs and when i checked out the guy seemed like he was in the office sleeping and only asked me what room i was in and to leave my card there on the desk horrible experience.

You get what you pay for
I booked the cheapest motel in town and got what I paid for. I am in motels 12-15 nights per year and have never had a bed so soft - sitting on it I sank at least 6 inches. Receptacles in the lamp fixtures were too loose to be usable. The chain lock on the door was torn loose. Fortunately the fruit flies infesting the sink drain stayed close to it.

What I liked was the price, but as the adage says, "you get what you pay for." There was no fitted sheet on the bed--it was a flat sheet with no other sheet--just the comforter. The carpet was seriously dirty. Instead of a clean smell, there was an overpowering scent of...something strong--a true assault upon the nasal cavity. I am disappointed because a friend recommended this place as being "perfectly servicable." Yes, it is "servicable." Next trip? I will drive to Elko.

I didn’t expect much coming in but the black mold on the walls and back hairs in the towels and dirty floors were a bit much. At least it didn’t have roaches and the bed was decently clean. No microwave or fridge in the rooms either

Not No, but heck No. Never again.
Walls, floor, carpet, bed …. All filthy. Knights inns are normally functional, basic and Clean. This was just nasty on all levels.

Denied check in at first because clerk said we had to contact Expedia to have them release our payment to them. We explain that his issue was between Knights and Expedia, not between us and Expedia since we had a confirmed reservation. He would not budge. At last the payment came through and we got our room.
