The pool was so cold and the hot tub was unbelievably HOT - everyone came out of the hot tub after just spending 3 or 4 minutes in it with red skin the water was so hot. Either they don't want anyone to actually enjoy their time in the pool area, or the temperatures were out of control for our stay.
