“Food was fantastic, staff was amazing, room was cozy”

“Room not properly cleaned. Lobby/sitting area had garbage all over the floor. Drug activity in the2nd floor hallway. The desk wouldnt take my chime card for incidentals but allowed guest in front of me to tell them a card number without the physical card. Had to leave about 2 hours after checking in for an emergency and the hotel staff stated the manager would refund and i just had to contact expedia for it and expedia tried multiple times to get ahold of the staff and couldnt. Super sketchy……

“Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.”

“Really no activities. I was just spending overnight and it was a clean, safe room. It's a classic early 1950s motel. Nothing special but nothing terrible”

“Room was dirty. Microwave had food in from god knows when. Only 1 coffee for the coffee maker and it was not replenishment for the 2nd night.”

“The rooms were clean and fresh. You can tell the place is new. Breakfast was good. Food looked appetizing and tasted great! I was disappointed that they said there were biscuits but I either missed them because I was late or they didn't have them that morning. The staff was super friendly and inviting. We walked in to a smiling front desk staff which felt welcoming. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton!”

“Friendly staff but when I got there I had no bath towels. I told them as I was heading out for dinner. When I arrived late, I still had no towels, I had to call as there was no one at front desk. Luckily I managed to get them but it was a bit of a hassle. Had an issue with the toilet as well it was overflowing. For 2 nights, I’d say there was a lot going on. The only advantage is they take pets and their staff is friendly and I’m super patient.”
