“I was in charge of 3.5 million square feet of 'BACK OF THE HOUSE" space for a huge medical center in NYC for over 2 decades. This included 7 acute care hospitals with over 3,500 beds. So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant……

“Staff was friendly and welcoming and room was clean and welcoming all with the convenience of being close to the airport.”

“The hotel was a good choice for a short stay and offered good value for the price we paid. The biggest drawback was the air conditioner, which was extremely noisy throughout the night and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, I called the front desk at around 9:00 PM to report the issue, but no one answered the phone, and I never received a callback to check on the problem or offer any assistance. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the hotel……
