“Holes in walls shower curtain falling down no bedding or pillows for spare bed and said right in the reservation that I would be using it it was stained with blood and paper thin no pillows no bedding took five calls to get someone at the front desk just to get some bedding for my bed breakfast had no milk for cereal the waffle dispenser didn’t work no silverware available until after breakfast and absolutely nothing to drink… by far the worste experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and I have……

“I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!”

“Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it……

“The room was dated but very clean. Comfortable bed. I was only staying 1 night before a concert, so did nothing more than come back from the show & sleep. The room does have a fridge (which I used) & a microwave (didn't need it) but NO COFFEE MAKER!”

“The description that expedia has and what actually is at the property is not the same.There is no restaurant that's attached and they do not have the arcade, which was half the reason why we picked a stay here.I would not recommend this place unless you're absolutely desperate”
