Staff were super nice and pleasant. The cleaning agent was very strong and had a specific odor that seemed to permeate everywhere. Once the cleaning time was done, however, it seemed to dissipate some. Overall it was a nice stay and comfortable for an affordable price.

Easy access using back stairwell for anyone to enter. Room had an odor. Smell of weed throughout the hallway, stuffed towel at the base of the door.

A standard budget property, albeit slightly overpriced, in a pretty busy area. Staff were very cordial. But breakfast was limited. I did like that towels and linens were softer than at other similar hotels where I've found them stiff/scratchy previously.

This is a simple hotel perfect for overnight. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Walls are thin so it might get noisy. Generous breakfast, attentive staff.

Cleaning but needs a lot of fixes.
Toilet was leaking and making a lot of noises. The sink was almost clogged. Smell smoky.... The staff was super friendly.

We enjoyed the convenience to nearby restaurants. The breakfast offerings were extensive and very good! So nice to have fresh fruit. The bathrooms really need updating, especially the toilets. They are far too low. A grab bar either on the back of the door or on the wall would have been most helpful!

THOUGHT OF CHANGING HOTELS.....
Honestly when I drove by the hotel I didn't love the rundown motel next door. I actually tried to change to a different hotel. Everything was booked. When I finally got to BW to check in it was 9pm. I felt comfortable and safe. The staff was great and the room was very nice and clean. I would defiantly stay there again. Don't let the place next door deter you from staying here. It was a nice experience.

There is nothing to like about this property, room was dirty and dusty and not from just a day or two. BLACK MOLD all over tub and shower tile. Toilet lose from floor and felt like it was ready to tip. This listing needs to be taken down as it it not fit to stay in. Expedia had it listed as a three star ,I cannot trust you anymore

No matter what room you’ll have, you must contend with a cramped breakfast area that will have people bumping into each other and not nearly enough places to sit. Do not get a room on the first floor, especially one by the recreation area, or you run the risk of noise from inconsiderate people above and people playing table hockey. Sound isolation is not a strong suit of this hotel. Our desk help was good about settling down the family above us, so compliments to him.
