"We had a great 3 night stay at Boutique B&B Graaf. Rooms are unique and location is great, as you can easily walk to the city center in short time. Hosts are very friendly and having possibility to use sauna in the inner yard is great addition. We will definitely stay again if we get back to Ghent! Place doesn't have many reviews here at hotels.com, but it is legit and very cool place to stay, so we highly recommend! "

"Fantastic!! This was our favourite hotel!! We were travelling for three weeks so stayed in many places but this one stood out from them all. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The decor was perfect. The host provided us with a map of the area and restaurants which was super helpful. "locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across. I can give atleast a few examples in my finger tips where he should passive aggression that was not called for but I wouldn’t waste my time here. I would NOT...
