“Someone had spilled burnt wood/charcoal (from what?) just outside my rooms door and the major pieces were mostly picked up but not vacuumed during my stay. My other concern was that I could not figure out how to get consistently warm water to take a shower. I don't think the listing prepared me for such a large facility I was thinking it would be more quaint so indications to the vast size would have help me make an informed decision. ( I am not a resort skier )”

“The condo/property was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and cozy. It had all the personal supplies that we needed, and the hosts were very responsive to all our text messages requests. The hosts even accommodated our early check-in, so we were very happy!
