"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was by far the best place I've ever stayed. I chose this house for a girls weekend for myself and a few friends. The house was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Art, has the home stocked with everything you could ever need (or forget at home). He responds quickly and is so friendly and accommodating! We loved the open layout of the downstairs so we could all chat and laugh no matter where we were. Even though we couldn't use the firepit due to the dry weather, it had plenty of seating around it and enough wood for days of burning!My friends and I would highly recommend staying at Baby Chocorua and will definitely be back!!!"

"We enjoyed a week stay at John’s property for our honeymoon. It had everything we needed and even sitting by the fire just topped it off. The ability to buy firewood from many places close by made it very convenient.We had trouble with the TV and the Internet, but John was very quick to fix the problem and we were very pleased."

"Great home with a delightful covered porch sitting in a quiet neighborhood. The home was just as the photos show and lots of beds for families. We only had 3 people, was more than enough room. I would absolutely stay here again if given the chance.... and I know that will happen as we frequent the area a few times a year."
"We were in Tamworth for a family reunion. The house was perfect 10 minutes from our location. An incredible view right around the corner that was just spectacular. The amenities in the house were perfect and enjoyable cozy place to stay with beautiful views."
