“This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. The property sits next to good dominican restaurants, convenient stores and even……

“Very courteous staff, friendly and helpful. Pools were gorgeous and well maintained. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and neat. The food is the only downfall. Very bland and repeated thru the week. Our group of 7 - 5 had digestive issues. Would i go here again? Yes, because i dont go on vacation for food. ”

“Yes it was loud at night . Yes it’s not super fancy either . However all that said . EVERYONE was very friendly. Everything worked, the breakfast was fine. Housekeeping cleaned anytime I asked . The pool was clean and the restaurant attached had really good food . If you’d like to go there cheaply then this place is for you. I will go again . As I said , the staff was all VERY friendly .”
