Hi,
On arrival we had no help with our luggage or bags, we just stood in reception waiting for some attention or help with Check in but just felt like we were ignored and in everyone’s way.
We booked a last minute room which had a beautiful view over the grounds of the hotel but couldn’t believe how small the bed was, the bed wasn’t attached to the headboard so we lost pillows between it. Had a very uncomfortable night and actually fell out the side of the bed.
Breakfast the next day was delicious however after the night sleep we had we couldn’t really wait to leave.
