“This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it.”

“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day.
That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial.
So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have……

“Excellent place and I can't wait to go back, it was a friendly welcome and its a lovely as described place in a very quiet location. Kitchen is well stocked and stuff is easy to use, sofa and beds were comfy and the place was warm well maintained. ”

“The cottage is excellent, with plenty of parking, a very safe enclosed garden for our dogs, it is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Paul and Jenny, the owners are lovely, gave us a guided tour of the cottage and where to find things. The welcome pack was very nice and much appreciated. Thanks for everything. We will be returning next year, all being well.”

“Lovely self contained pod with a very unique garden full of character. The hosts were very friendly , make sure to ask if you want to use the hot tub as it needs preparing in advance. Really enjoyed our stay , would definitely recommend ”
