Great large room and canal view. Staff were very helpful trying to assist during a 2 day issue with Wi-Fi and few minor room issues. Restaurant and bar were very busy and crowd was a bit younger than expected.
Location was amazing with lots of restaurants and close to many major attractions. Bit of noise in evening, but quiet at night. Would stay again.

There was no one there for checking into the hotel. There was a notice on the door with a local phone number. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE ACCESS in Europe.
