The water was closed our entire stay which was the purpose of choosing the resort. No accommodation or credit was given towards the stay for the issue, each child got $10 credits and was used with 3 games. Our room window was left opened and would not lock.

Very interesting historical place to stay. The staff was so friendly. Loved the pool and jacuzzi especially on a cold winter night. Can't wait to see new photos of this area to be added to this site and to the hotel's site.
