"We stayed at the Cinnamon Boutique for three nights, using the hotel as a base to explore the Garden Route. Although we used the hotel as a base, we could have easily have spent more time around the hotel pool. The hotel room was very clean, large and comfortable. We chose a room that had large patio windows which opened onto an upstairs balcony. The rooms had a “luxury” feel about them. Breakfast was great...everything you could ask for. "Place is more of a lodge than a hotel. Needs some maintenance... especially the bathrooms, did not feel comfortable! However nice garden setting. Also, I made a booking for 4 rooms to sleep a total of 9 adults and 3 kids two months prior which was paid for already. On the day of my check in I get called so say that I still have to pay for the kids!!! Felt like i was being held to ransom! "
