Welcome to Blue Point Villa, Little Exuma, Bahamas ON TROPIC OF CANCER BEACH.
Villa is located right on the beach. Disregard Google maps suggesting a walk to the beach.

This 5000 sq ft private luxury Villa on the sugar white sands of famous Tropic of Cancer Beach also offers an infinity pool just feet from the beach and a view of Turtle Island beyond. The property is 40 minutes from the Georgetown airport (GGT); our Manager will meet you, at the Villa and help you settle in.

This vacation escape is sure to promote a sense of relaxation and well-being. We have tried to think of everything make your experience magical - from good wine glasses to plastic picnic baskets. The expansive pool decks blend seamlessly with turquoise waters, offering the perfect place to soak up the sun, relax in the shade or enjoy outdoor meals on our large dining table. Turtle Island offers gentle protection from crashing waves as well as a perfect afternoon destination for a trip in one of our kayaks to pick souvenir sand dollars or explore the the Island's mysterious grotto.

The Villa has two principal bedrooms on the ocean side with king beds, private bathrooms and ocean views through large sliding glass doors. The two back corner bedrooms have sliding doors to the deck (one with a spectacular ocean view) and two queen beds in each. One of the back corner bedrooms has an en suite bath. The middle back bedroom has one queen bed.

Enjoy the seamless style of the designer decorated interior and exterior spaces complete with 22' vaulted great room ceiling with glittering sea glass chandeliers, cozy sink in sofas and large dining table to complement the fresh breeze and complete your experience.

The Exumas are perfect for both relaxation and play. You can lounge around the pool on expansive sofas and sectional, or take long walks on the beach. If you are up for an adventure, you can kayak, snorkel or explore the hundreds of Exuma Cays that can be found on the "Exuma" page.

The beach is also great for Kite Surfing: the beach is long and shoal-free, winds are usually strong and steady out of the East running parallel to the beach and Turtle Island offshore offers a protected stretch making it easier to launch your ride.

Life on Blue Point can be as tranquil and private as you wish: choose to set your own culinary pace in our gourmet kitchen or decide to pamper yourself with chef prepared meals featuring the catch of the day and freshly baked key lime pie; bring or buy your own groceries or arrive to a fully stocked pantry; swim, kayak or play golf and charter boat excursions. And of course the wine menu is entirely up to you.

Another amazing Exuma trip

This house is beautiful, in a great location, and has all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our annual girls trip. This was our first stay at this house and it was a wonderful trip. Would recommend and will return.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation away from everyone

Very secluded and private - you do need to plan groceries and food ahead of time if cooking 9n own and be prepared to substitute which can be fun if you like to cook. I would not say there are many restaurants to choose from more like small shack/pubs and very casual. The amenities are all here for this house including detergent and plenty of cookware. The pool is fabulous and everything is well stocked. The beach is as close as it gets and there is a small snack shack and bar about 4 doors down. Judy was very helpful. Bring cash if possible and use visa or Mastercard —- no Amex taken on island.

Easter week

We had 11 family members ages 5-67, Blue Point Villa is a beautiful home with probably the best beach on the island. Everything you need is right there, pool, hot tub and 3 washers and dryers. Large rooms and lots of privacy even with large crowd. The layout works! Host is super easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses. Judy the house manager and her family were great for info and car rentals.

Amazing time. We will be back

Stayed for a week. Group of 10 friends. The house is stunning. The beach is perfect. Judy was so easy to work with. Grocery shopping is a must and it was easy to do. Went out to eat, cooked ourselves, had a chef one night. Definitely hire Chef Kat!!! The beach is so peaceful and beautiful. I don’t have the words. I wish it was my house.

Perfect girls weekend!

We loved the place! It had everything and pictures don’t do it justice. Judy was excellent and easy to help with any wish. This place is great if you want to feel at the edge of the world. It’s pretty far from town/ airport/ stores/ etc and road conditions are not easy. If you want to go and enjoy the peace and serenity this place is perfect! It was great for us to have groceries delivered and meals cooked for us at the house. Have a boat pick you up right on the beach. The half day excursion was the highlight of our trip. Thanks Judy!

Amazing!!!!

Blue Point Villa was absolutely amazing!!! We’ve traveled to many islands in the Caribbean and this was our most favorite vacation yet! The house layout was perfect for our 2 families with teenage kids. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and anything you could possibly need! The view is spectacular and we loved the covered deck area for when we needed a break from the sun. The beach is the most clear water we’ve ever seen. There were tons of beach toys, kayaks, etc. We really enjoyed taking the kayaks to the islands across the water and snorkeling over there. If it’s windy, the chop can make that trip challenging but we had a blast a did it nearly every day. Since it was summer, the fans in the bedrooms really helped and we were thankful to have them. We also loved that we got a sunset and sunrise view from the deck every day!!! It was the trip of a lifetime and we can’t wait to return!

Life is sweeter here

I booked a stay at Bluepoint Villa for myself, husband, 8 year old son, in laws, parents, brother and his fiancée - 9 of us total. We had never been to the Bahamas before, so had no idea what to expect. Everything about the description of this house is accurate and even above expectation at times. The house views are INSANE, the colors vibrant, the vibes immaculate. The location, and pristine beach are unmatched. We kayaked to Turtle island to explore on the calm days, we spent lunches and happy hour at Brea's beach bar shack. The house is large, and fit 9 of us so comfortably, had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation - pool toys for the 8 year old, cooking supplies for the grandmas, great air conditioning for the hot days and a responsive house manager that organized our rentals for us. We would be back in a heart beat ! LOVED the area. Disclaimer: If you've never experienced island life before, this is very remote. Every restaurant we looked up on line, had incorrect days and times listed for being open (so dinners were hard to find). There is a close by convenient store, but no fresh goods there - need to head to Georgetown for that. Roads are bad - and the cars show it. STAY LEFT! hah

Dreamy Vacation

We were blown away by this property!!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and enjoyed celebrating my 46th birthday here. We made memories that will certainly never be forgotten! The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable beds. The pillows are down feather - so keep that in mind (not my fav, but they were still top quality and nice). The kitchen was easy to cook in! Did not use the grill, but I did see it was available. The VIEW, the pool, and the hot tub are TOP OF THE LINE and extremely beautiful, comfortable. We left 3 blow-up floats at the property - so enjoy!! (xo) and we really liked the floats that were already available upon our arrival. The infinity pool looks straight out to Turtle Island and the most gorgeous turquoise blue water right off of the whitest sand on Tropic of Cancer beach. We enjoyed walking the beach and going to the beach bar (only 4 villas down) for burgers at lunch time. When you get back - you can rinse off at the very convenient outdoor shower and rinse-off stations. Definitely take advantage of the kayaks. They are easy to use on the water and it is fun to explore turtle island and the cave/grotto over that way. FYI - The water sometimes shuts off at the villa - but a quick text to Judy and it was remedied immediately every time! The dual washer/dryers (2 each) were very convenient. There is an extra refrigerator in the laundry too! This is a very special property ~ a bucket list for me! You will not be disappointed!

AMAZING vacation rental

Our stay was perfect from the minute we made our reservation the sad walk to the plane while leaving. The host was very responsive to any and all questions that we had prior to arriving and while we stayed. The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% as advertised. We wound up renting 2 cars, 2 jet skis(1 day), and 3 paddleboards through the host. We also had the host fully stock the house with food and beverages prior to our arrival. We also did a half day excursion and spent an afternoon at Chat n Chill on our own but honestly,nothing compared to hanging at the house and exploring the beach around. Brea's Bar is within walking distance for some authentic Bahamian drinks and eats. Santana's is a 5 minute drive for a beautiful sitdown beachfront meal. Despite being in the water, I still can't believe it is real! And seeing all of the stars at night while sitting on the beach(which is your backyard) was also quite amazing. Again, from start to finish everyone in our party could not recommend this spot enough! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Gorgeous beach

This lovely villa has breathtaking views of the crystal blue water. You can walk the beach for miles. This spacious villa comes with everything you need for the kitchen, beach, pool and more! Judy is very accommodating and willing to help out with anything you need. We loved our stay on Tropic of Cancer Beach.

Paradise!

We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous spacious house right on the sugar sand beach. Although it was quite remote we loved having the privacy and peace and quiet. We did have a chef twice during the week which was wonderful. Also had jet ski's for a couple days which was a fun way to explore. We had 7 adults which ended up being a perfect number for the rooms and bathrooms provided. Such a beautiful paradise spot!
