I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The room only had one bed. A staff member had given our keys to another customer. We were reassigned to a room with 2 queen beds. There was not a shower curtain so I was given one to install myself. The coffee machine reservoir had white grimy cleaning residue and mold inside. I took that to the front desk and was redirected to use the coffee machine in the lobby. I asked if there were any fountains I could refill my water bottle and was told "no" but they gave me new bottled water. ( There wasn't even a canister in the fitness room to get water.) There was black mold in the bathroom. The elevator was past due for inspection. The toilet would tip at the base when I sat down (I weigh 135 lbs and don't expect a toilet to not hold my weight ) I could continue but this should give you an idea of the totally unsatisfactory conditions in this hotel.

I didn’t like how our room wasn’t completely ready upon our arrival. Overall, everything was okay. I do however, love how Maria’s is located inside the hotel. Didn’t have to travel far for food.

Front desk personnel was very helpful. We got earlier than expected to Williamsburg they let us check in and my wife forgot her toothbrush they give us one for free and asked us if we needed toothpaste.

Wasn’t a bad overall stay. There were a few things we seen at the property that made us question our stay (dead roach in elevator), but there was none in our room. The staff was nice, the indoor pool was very convenient, just cold. For the price you can’t beat it, we would probably stay again if we are back in the area.

We found a HUGE cockroach in our hotel bathroom at 5am!!!! We asked for extra towels three times, but never got any. There were bugs on the toilet paper. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again, despite having had great experiences at the one in Radford.

Nice helpful staff. Fantastic price. A little worn in places but great value. Breakfast during the week not great. Continental breakfast. Better on Sat with eggs, sausage and waffles. Under $100 a night before taxes. Before the season in June but still a great price fir a nuce place.
