"Once booked, I had nothing but great communication with Karen the owner. She left a lovely note about the history of the home and how it has been in her family since it was built. It was built in 1902 and is an older home, but it gives a great feeling of what it is to live in the hills of West Virginia. Her Mom welcomed us and visited to make sure we had everything we needed. "Beautiful home and close to anything in the Greenbrier area. We loved the privacy too. The sitting area on the porch has had a bird problem so the chairs were dirty and lots of evidence of bird droppings. We were busy and mostly in the house at night so not a big issue for us. We would definitely stay again."

"What a wonderful stay! The house is perfect! We had 6 total, 4 adults and 2 teenagers and had lots of room for everyone to spread out. The house was exceptionally clean, had absolutely everything you could probably need or want, and the location across the river was nice. "The house and property are amazing the craftsmanship of the house was outstanding. It was definitely lived in with many personal touches but we felt at home. Dan was very helpful in locating all the places we wanted to visit. The directions on how to find the house were spot on. The entire stay was an amazing experience.
