Iconic historic Wilmington, inside and out! Located in the heart of downtown, steps away from the waterfront of the Cape Fear River.
Equipped with queen-sized murphy bed, basic sundries (coffee/tea, laundry supplies).
In walking distance of several wedding venues, restaurants, bars and local attractions. Paid parking provided. Private entry & bathroom are ADA compliant.
Multiple beaches are a short drive away and beach towels are provided.
THE perfect place to build amazing memories!
We are located in the historic part of downtown Wilmington NC. You will find many historic buildings and waterfront attractions around us. You are steps from local businesses, other AirBnB's, and residences. The neighborhood around us is historic homes mainly from the 1800's. You'll love wondering around and taking in the history.
Our location is very walkable and you can easily enjoy the area without a car and an occasional Uber/Lyft ride. We do provide one vehicle parking space 2 blocks away for our guests. During peak times free parking is limited, so expect parking meter or lot fees for additional cars. The city itself has walkable amenities starting from 500 feet from our condo to 2 miles radius.
