Beds/sofa beds to sleep 34 people. Extra portable bedding for a total of up 40 people for larger family reunions and certain group situations - submit inquiry for details. Exceptional for family reunions and retreats. Note: Pool and pool room heating fee will be added for the months of November through March if you wish to use the pool for your group during those months. Both the pool and pool room are heated with natural gas. The fee depends on the expected outdoor temperatures and the number of nights reserved. Please submit an inquiry with your dates and number of adults and kids rather than an instant booking for an accurate quote for these months. We heat the pool to 84 degrees and the pool room to 80 degrees for your comfort during these months. The amenities are great, Walmart is right around the corner, the pool was warm and Ted was very welcoming. We were disappointed to learn that the hot tub had been closed early due to cold weather, but that don’t stop us from having a great time! The indoor pool was nice and warm. What a joy for our large family to all be under one roof for Thanksgiving. Only downfall house is very musty especially the basement and chlorine smell from the pool. Cost was a bit high for 10 adults and 2 children for 2 nights was almost 5000 but in then end it was worth it. Hosts are very lovely and great communication. They where on sight in there RV. However after check in someone had come into the house when we had left for dinner and opened windows and left a back door open. Far enough away from home to feel removed but close enough for reasonable travel. Giant dining table for family meals and games. Beautiful large backyard with a fire pit. And an indoor pool. The hosts are amazing, great communication and if we had any questions or issues they answered immediately. The house is huge, with plenty of room for everyone, we loved the pool and hot tub. Also able to use the volleyball courts and fire pit. Plenty of outdoor comfortable sitting areas. Although, non-swimmers did not like the fact that the pool surface suddenly went down but the swimmers loved it Big Dining table was also a major hit. His property, which is absolutely beautiful, is exactly as advertised. Our family of six siblings held our mother’s 90th birthday party at this location over a weekend and it was perfect for our group of 24, including 19 adults and 5 children.
