Winfield Vacations from $572

We had problems with our room key and getting in it had to be reprogrammed even though we had kept the key cards away from any type of magnetics. The parking is horrible there is not enough parking spots and to many people trying to get into one area of parking. There was 2 buildings at one point the front building and the building straight behind it share a total of 15 parking spots.... IF the building behind the front building has another parking lot then that needs enforced. The room was ok it smelled like pee and Christmas trees. The air conditioning/ heat unit was very loud, sounded like it was going to go out. I loved being able to walk right out the balcony and down the sidewalk to get to sidewalk to downtown. I would try and stay here again just to see if also the bad was just a one off. The staff was mostly kind and very friendly expect for a younger lady and the front desk. She seemed put off to do her job.

The location of the site is great. Just down the street from our favorite places to eat. The rooms were cleans and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the desk clerk upon check out was also very friendly. However, we had left a message stating that we would be arriving later than expected. Upon our arrival, no one was there to check us in and we had to wait approximately 25-30 minutes for her to return. When she did return she seemed frustrated that we were there and had been waiting on her.

Everything was good with the property, communication was great, convenient to everything, price was reasonable and will be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for having us!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and everyday essentials, and within 10 minutes of restaurants, dinner shows, shopping, Dollywood, and plenty of places to pick up souvenirs. Even downtown Gatlinburg is only about a 23-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer without staying in the middle of the crowds. What impressed me most was how versatile this resort is. During our stay, we saw family reunions, bachelorette parties, church groups, couples, and families with children all enjoying themselves. There truly is something for everyone. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape, a family vacation, or a large group gathering, Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort is the perfect destination. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
