Amazing king bed room with a massive tub.

Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and extremely small. Room was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Cold sausage and rubbery eggs with hard French toast. Waffles were good. Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. Yes I understand it that it's a Christian holiday for some but for the rest of the world that doesn't celebrate Christian holidays this is a business that's being run. my late checkout shouldn't depend on somebody's religious holiday.

On second day through final not room housekeeping service. Told that they we short of staff and that normally there after the third day of your stay you receive housekeeping service. Told to put towels in the hallway outside the room and come to the desk for new towel and wash cloth Told nothing about trash removal for the room They were polite just not informed about no housekeeping until the second day of my check in Had I known that I would not have stayed there. I did not pay for Full service in order No to receive full service Half of my hotel fee should be Refunded. I see you wanted pictures well i did not think to take them since this is the First time this has happened to me

The location was close to all the civil war monuments that we went to see. Close to a great Mexican restaurant.
