“The reception staff was terrible, I parked in the underground carpark and all the reception staff cared about was the 12euro payment. after paying i didn't get a recpite as I personally had no VAT number. When i asked where my room was the answer i got was "round there"”

“De eerste 2 dagen vreslijk personeel. Niet klant vriendelijk. Alles was te veel. S'avonds geen drankje of spelletje in de bar. Het persooneel stond al met jas aan om naar huis te gaan. Een dag op de dinsdag wel heel lief en vriendeljjk personeel. Toen wel een drankje en spelletje S'avonds kunnen doen De sfeer was gelijk anders. Maar de dag erna was het weer over.
