Great experience! Rooms were clean nice and big. The hotel was stunning, they have a variety of pools around the resort. The hotel was just beautiful and staff was nice and every time you request something in less then 5 minutes they will nock on your door. Wes are so happy that we chose Hilton Tapatio Cliffs resort.

Very clean! Staff were fabulous and the food was amazing

We booked 2 rooms, upon arrival we were told they had cancelled one of our bookings as they thought it was a mistake! However, they did manage to get us into a unit with connecting room and 2 bedrooms. The set up was perfect for our needs. The units were very clean, beds comfortable. The decor was drab, walls painted a shade of beige and brown, furniture really not comfortable. TV in living area very small. Nicely appointed kitchens. From our unit, there were no views of any of the beautiful area. If you were wanting a relaxing patio to sit out on, this was not it. The indoor pool area, while clean looking, was certainly not inviting at all. It was quite cool when we were there, so didn't use outdoor pools or hot tubs. Outdoor pools not heated.

We stayed here for our anniversary and I asked for a room with a view. They were very accommodating and gave us a great room with an amazing view. The room was amazing, clean, and well kept. The staff were very friendly as well. We plan on visiting again and again!
