“Bien que notre réservation est été confirmée, plusieurs jours à l'avance, lorsque nous nous sommes trouvé devant l'hôtel vers 19h00, le gérant nous a adressé un texto pour nous dire qu'il ne pouvait pas nous héberger "suite à un problème avec le planning de la plateforme". Nous avons du trouver un autre hôtel en urgence à 19h30... Certes nous avons été remboursé en quelques jours, mais nous avons dû faire 80 kilomètres pour trouver un autre établissement qui puisse nous accueillir en……
