Great room, lots of space. Well stocked with tea, coffee, toiletries.

Lovely property and buildings. Bathroom was cold (towel heater wasn't functional) and noise insulation is not fantastic. Breakfast is good, but nowhere near the best I've had. Staff are helpful and professional. Spa is nice.

Good location. Room clean and fairly comfortable and would consider staying again but on this occasion the overnight temperature dropped and the room was cold until the heating came on in the middle of the night.

Beaverbrook is beautiful. But service (despite plenty of staff) is simply too inconsistent/ poorly trained for the price. Examples include a waitress in the deli being harsh with our 4 year old for sitting in her knees to reach the table, being told to wait 2 minutes for our table but being forgotten for 20 minutes, a room which was much too hot (an resulted in an uncomfortable night) despite having asked for it to be turned down (and told that it had) and promises of things being sorted which weren’t. All left a slightly sour taste.

Arrived early but room ready so we could check in, the room was very nice and very clean. Staff polite and helpful, especially in the bar/restaurant. Dinner really nice and a great breakfast. Only stayed one night as a stopover, would stay again and imagine it would be a nice golfing break.
