“Check in was handled well, clerk was friendly and gave my dog a treat. Breakfast was very good, hotel seemed new and area was happening, with an outlet mall across the street and nice restaurants within walking distance. ”

“Lady at check in was very rude on Friday until the manager came out to help check others in. She completely changed the way she was speaking to me and my daughter and was suddenly helpful.”

“Outside Building siding is dangling in some parts. Carpet needs replaced. King suite had no hvac control unit. Stayed two nights, both mornings for breakfast was bad experience cause no one kept the it stocked and was out of alot of stuff. Staff was nice and friendly. The pool and hot tub was relaxing to enjoy.”

Our particular mattress had a couple bad springs paired with tossing and turning, it wasnt the best sleep. For the price and amenities, it was worth it. However as a lone female it did not feel the most safe. Guys in trucks sitting out in the parking lot. I checked n”

“Very nice hotel- small room but served our needs. It is a nice clean and friendly hotel. My only “complaint” would be the see through thin sheets on the bed-”

“The property was very clean and modern decor. Breakfast was always fresh and had a good variety of food. The staff was extraordinary cordial amd friendly. Shout out to Lauren and Cameron! Great location to restaurants and things to do in Des Moines and surrounding area. Room rates were very affordable given all the amenities. Highly recommend!”

“I had to kill three bugs during my stay. The toilet didn’t work. A large group of kids ran around all night banging on doors and nothing was done about it.”

“Because luke Combs was playing in a town 10 miles away every hotel in the area jacked there prices up witch i understand but if a 70 dollar a night hotel raises prices to 200.00 an night yiu would expect that they would put on a cleaning staff. NOT econo lodge in Ankeny Iowa. Dirty rooms torn up beding and bugs. Stay away unless you like that kina room”
