Review is for summer of 2025. Hotel and surrounding area is not crowded. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. By 5 pm, the immediate surrounding area is mostly empty. Most shopping and dining options are located in Mammoth Lakes (15 minutes drive from hotel).
In the day time, there are many outdoor activities available to hotel guests of all ages. A bus stop in front of the hotel has hourly shuttles that can take guests to nearby attractions between the hotel and Reds Meadow.
Hotel has all the basic amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, restaurant, snack shop, etc. Parking is free for hotel guests. (Area around parking lot is not fully paved, which may be a concern for those with wheelchair.)

The property was very quite,great central location. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. Walkable to many eating places. Views were so pretty. Only negative was that the main ice machine was broken for the four days we were there.

Propery has been under renovation and pr new ownership for the past year. Pool has been closed, driveway is busted up and rough, bathroom has drywall patching, and the place is in desperate need of renovation asap.

Nice big room. Wood floor non carpet. Bathroom need some update. Bed comfort was ok. Sofa bed was bad, lots of crumbs on it, and no bedsheet on it. So, I didn't let my kids sleep on it. We only stay for 1 night, so I didn't make further request. I think if I will return again, I would request to stay on 3rd floor. The floor above us, the guests walk back and forth NON STOP!! and we can hear the floor creaking noise all night and we didn't sleep too well because of that. There are trucks or construction vehicle in the middle of the night like 11pm-1am making loud engine noises ... But front desk manager was nice during check in and out.
