So this is tricky. Proprietor is nice. I was shown a room that smelled of smoke. Second room was great. Most guests appeared to be longer term, public assistance. Difficult to navigate for owner. I would return but might not be for everyone currently. Excellent value for me and my motorcycle. Hope this helps.

The owner and his sister could not have been nicer, the property is newly renovated, immaculate with great views of fun Tavern style bar and a great restaurant. Highly recommend it.

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked two rooms, each with two beds. On the morning of my arrival, I called the hotel and spoke with a representative who confirmed that both rooms were reserved next to each other. However, when I arrived that night, the front desk representative did not honor the reservation as previously confirmed. Instead, I was assigned two rooms that were far apart, and one of the rooms had only one bed instead of two. That room was also not properly prepared—it only had a mattress, and there was a strong unpleasant odor. I showed the front desk my reservation clearly stating that I had booked two rooms with two beds in each. Despite this, the staff was rude and initially refused to provide the rooms I had reserved. After a lengthy and frustrating argument, they finally assigned the correct rooms. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The bed sheets had visible stains, and when I reported the issue, the front desk representative refused to replace them or resolve the problem. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service, failure to honor the reservation, and unacceptable room conditions. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I travels a lot but Never had such an experience in my life earlier.
