Room amenities indicated air-conditioning, but the room does not have air-conditioning. The room was warm and we had to open the window. I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. I thought the paper cup does not cost much and the hotel should allow guests to use it after they finished their buffet breakfast. We has dinner at the cafe once. We ordered a dinner for two and it was delicious and the service was good. the hotel buffet breakfast was in average quality as the hot dishes usually were almost emptied when we were there. 房间设施标明有空调，但房间没有空调。房间很热，我们不得不打开窗户。在酒店咖啡厅吃完早餐后，我拿了一个纸杯带一些茶回房间，但一位高个子的年轻服务员拦住了我，告诉我纸杯只供购买外卖的人使用。我认为纸杯没什么用，酒店应该允许客人在吃完自助早餐后使用它。我们曾在咖啡厅吃过一次晚餐。我们点了一份双人晚餐，味道很好，服务也很好。酒店的自助早餐质量一般，因为我们在那里时，热菜通常几乎被吃光了。

"Staff is ok in speaking English, Manager was rude, I stayed for two plus weeks and one day while returning person at gate asked for my umbrella and I gave it to him but it was from my room and they marked as missing from my room and charged me, talking to manager was of no use"

"Walking distance location to Tongli old town was great. Unfortunately, hotel showing age and rooms not as clean as expected. It would also be nice if families were separated from non-families - the hallway was like daycare on Friday night."
