El residencial "Los Lirios" está situado en el extremo Sur de la Playa de Xeraco, a 80 metros del mar, y rodeado de zonas verdes con piscina, tenis, jardines y grandes terrazas. Es una construcción de 3 alturas SIN ASCENSOR (planta baja, primer y segundo piso). El apartamento en cuestión está situado en la segunda y última planta. Tiene dos dormitorios, baño, aseo con plato de ducha, salón-comedor con aire acondicionado, cocina con galería, y una terraza grande con orientación Este (con toldos) con vistas a la piscina y zonas ajardinadas que la rodean. Está amueblado funcionalmente. Garaje incluido.

Equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa, y ropa de cama y toallas. Tienen televisor, lavadora, microondas y ofrece servicio WIFI.

No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

Capacidad 4/5 personas. NO SE ADMITEN GRUPOS DE GENTE JOVEN EN EDADES INFERIORES A 30 AÑOS. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.
