They did not respect my reservation, I booked and paid 3 rooms on Expedia and they did not honored. They sent me to another hotel known as Sky & Palms Hotel which I had to paid cash additionally. I was so disappointed and upset.

When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was nobody there. I called and half an hour later, someone showed up to open. The toilet did not work, and when I told them, the response was “Sometimes the toilets don’t work”. So they gave me a bucket to flush the toilet. The shower was a trickle of warm water. Incredibly, the property is overpriced.

Regresamos de una boda a descansar y nadie nos abría en la madrugada, estuvimos casi 1 hora esperando en la calle y tuvimos que llamar a la administradora, que tardó 30min en decidir venir desde su casa a abrirnos. La regadera es horrible… un chorrito de agua que casi no salía, no ponen jabón de baño y la temperatura del agua no se podía regular. El restaurante del hotel se encuentra fuera de servicio y para comer fuera solo hay puestos en la calle. Muy mala experiencia… no volvería jamás y no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Los cuartos están bien pero tuvimos problema con el agua (no salía caliente y el lavabo no funcionaba), encontramos el baño sucio (no limpiaron el WC).

La regadera del baño no servía bien, estab tapada, solo algfunos agujeros dejban poasar el agua. El baño olía muy mal, a drenaje. Las cortinas del cuarto dejan pasar demasiada luz.

En la descripción de la reservación prometían una cama Queen Size y era matrimonial. La habitación es muy pequeña. A los alrededores hay algunas calles sin pavimentar.

Realmente fue usado para bañarme y dormir. Cumple con eso, la alberca se ve bien yel jacuzzi pero no use. Limpieza 10. Por comodidad no el 10 pues falta una silla o algo en la habitación.

Lo sencillo NO debe estar peleado con la limpieza. Jamás regresaría a este lugar. - Los cuartos huelen mal - Lavabo muy sucio y con mal olor - El WC no se va el agua bien, tienes que jalar varias veces - El agua de la regadera es una desgracia, sale para todos lados y con nada de presión. No me pude bañar Para lo que pagué me parece un robo. Ojalá expedia me reembolse algo por esta mala experiencia

El hotel está muy bien, el cuarto muy pequeño, poca luz, el aire acondicionado de el cuarto con poca fuerza a comparación del cuarto 8 que tenían mis amigos. Los trabajadores muy bien con excepción del vigilante de la noche-madrugada del sábado. Dejo el portón abierto y tuvimos que pedirle lo serrara.
