The first room they offered wreaked of pot. (Yuck) The second room smelled clean but the whole establishment was seedy. People were standing around in the parking lot, grounds were unkempt, The location was convenient to Rex hospital and the price was reasonable. I guess you get what you pay for!

The Red Roof Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley Mall is wonderful. I am a repeat customer. It is conveniently located to the mall, the Beltline and Lenovo Center. The staff is friendly and polite. All areas of the hotel are kept clean and maintained well. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home.

The staff was very accommodating but the hotel needs a whole makeover. It gave a feeling of a hour to hour business to say it nicely. Definitely not my cup of tea. A rodent was also found in the room.

While it wasn't top of the line the property was reasonably clean, the staff was pleasant, and the property was maintained. We didnt feel unsafe and the location is close to Crabtree Mall. As well as other businesses that one might want to visit. Id gladly stay here again.
