Here is a description of the newly equipped villa:
2 bedrooms with large luxurious beds, one bedroom with single bed. The master bedroom has air conditioning (payable). All bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans with remote control installed. The two bathrooms are completely renewed and fitted with a modern kitchen equipped with high quality appliances (cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). All rooms are equipped with stylish furniture. High quality loungers and seating area in the outdoor area.

We also offer super-fast wireless (fiber optic) and satellite TV with all major German and English channels. Let yourself be surprised and get your booking early !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The spacious, stylish villa is slightly elevated and offers fantastic views of the sea, the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos, as well as mountain views. The villa offers you a lot of privacy during your stay due to its exclusive location in Playa Blanca.

The villa has three bedrooms: one with large double bed and bathroom en-suite, another bedroom with double bed. The large beds each have a large mattress. There is also a single room.
There are two modern bathrooms with floor-deep wellness showers,

The large living and dining area with adjoining kitchen is flooded with light, from here you have a great view of the garden with pool and the sea. The center of the garden is the beautiful pool, surrounded by chill-out areas, plants and sun loungers.

Relax on the sun loungers, in the cozy seating area or have a barbecue in the romantically lit garden in the evening. The villa is the perfect place for your relaxation and the ideal base for exploring the island.

Relaxation at Vista Verano
The property decor is to a high standard and very tastefully done by Vera & Thomas. We loved everything about the villa, garden and pool. We had a fabulous time and Vera & Thomas are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and great communication. Lovely villa in Playa Blanca
We’ve had a wonderful week in Vera and Thomas’s lovely villa. The villa itself was well equipped and had everything we needed, from great kitchen supplies to an outdoor BBQ. The welcome treats were a lovely touch! The outside area is well maintained, it catches the sun all day and the pool was the perfect temperature. Vera and Thomas were great hosts and provided us with lots of information before we arrived. We would highly recommend this villa to other guests!

Lovely clean and well equipped villa with comfy beds. The pool and outside area is well kept and very inviting especially after the walk back up the steep hill, if required the taxis are readily available and reasonably priced. Vera, the villa host is friendly and very approachable. Just returned after our 2nd stay at the property which we hope to visit again in the future.

Simply the Best!
We have stayed at many villas in Playa Blanca and this is so far our favourite. No villa has had a sea view before and the views to Fuertaventua are stunning. The views of Montana Roja are pretty impressive too! The accomodation is very tastefully presented in a quiet location just a 25 minute pleasant walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. Everything you can possibly need is available at the villa. The communication with the owner Vera could not be faulted and the whole booking process was so simple. As regular visitors to Playa Blanca we would definitely look to booking again, a 5🌟 experience.

Beutiful Villa, Great Communication!
We have been coming to Playa Blanca as a family for 13 years now and I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. Communication from Vera both before & during our stay was excellent. The villa itself was spacious with lots of hanging space for clothes. Both showers were new and ceiling fans in all bedrooms worked so well. Pool was cleared regularly and it was good to have off road parking as we hired a car for our second week. Location is a bit out of the centre but the bus stops at the end of the road and there is a taxi rank nearby (if you can manage to find a taxi!). We went with our 17 year old twin daughters who were equally impressed with the wifi speed (most important feature for teenagers!). Kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated the welcome pack as we did not arrive until after 9pm in the evening. Overall, we had a wonderful 2 weeks in the villa and would definitely consider returning. The Simpsons

Lovely property, very clean and well stocked with essentials. Vera was most helpful before travelling, only down side was being a bit far out, but only 30 minute walk to main shops, exercise for the day and plenty taxis around

Beautiful villa with fantastic attention to detail
We had a great week in this lovely villa. Our experience was brilliant, from the initial contact with Vera, straightforward booking process and quick responses to any queries. On arrival, Thomas showed us round and even brought inflatables for the children to enjoy. The villa is very nicely furnished and decorated and was spotlessly clean. A lot of attention has been paid to the little touches which made our stay stress free and very comfortable and enjoyable. The outside area is lovely and we spent a lot of time by the pool. Loved our week in this lovely villa. The weather wasn’t the kindest to us as we landed during a calima but it didn’t matter with a lovely warm pool and well equipped property. Relaxing stay in beautiful villa
We spent a very happy 8 days in this beautiful light and airy villa.. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need when you decide to eat in. The BBQ worked really well and we used it for a couple of evening meals using excellent meat from a local butcher. We found the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern with very good showers. There was plenty of seating outside and an immaculately kept garden. The highlight however was the beautiful swimming pool which was big enough for a proper swim and had lovely views out towards the sea. The villa is on the edge of the resort and you can do the walk up and around the ‘local’ volcano, virtually from the front door. This provides some stunning views. Vera, one of the owners provided a list of there recommended restaurants and we had some lovely meals out. The Rubicon Marina is particularly attractive in the evening. Many thanks to Vera and Thomas for providing such a lovely setting for our holiday.

Beautiful villa and fantastic hosts
A fantastic week away in a beautiful villa. Tucked away in a quiet corner is a peaceful property with fantastic views. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Thomas met us at the villa on the first day and made us feel most welcome. Vera was only a message or call away and both were very accommodating. The villa is about 15 min walk away from the restaurants and shops or a short taxi ride costing around 3-4 euros. Playa Flamingo beach is closest (lovely beach but no sunbeds). We hired a car so a few times we took a short drive to the Playa Dorada beach which have plenty of sunbeds available. We took our two daughters (15 and 7) who both loved the villa and Thomas very kindly provided some pool floaties etc for them to use whilst there (thank you!) The beds were the best we had ever slept in whilst abroad and probably one of the first things we look at when choosing where to stay. We will definitely be recommending this one and we will be back. Our favourite Villa yet!
Having hired quite a few villas over the years we've decided this is our favourite, Vera was fantastic with info before we arrived and when we arrived we were greeted by Thomas to show us around, lovely people! The villa was spotless and so well equipped all we had to do was bring our stuff in and relax. The property is recently renovated so everything is like new and very well kept, the kids loved the decent wifi and the outside space is amazing! Don't hesitate to book this property, we will hopefully be booking again soon.

Simply WOW!
An excellent experience from start to finish. The villa was wonderful, we were a party of three so had plenty of room, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with utensils, crockery and the pool and garden lovely areas to relax. The walk back to the villa from the sea is mainly up hill but you get great views when you stop and get your breath back!

12 Night stay during April & May
We recently stayed at this Villa for 12 nights, unfortunately 6 of those days were ruined by building works going on at the Villa next door. Our first morning we were woken up at 8.00 am by a very loud noise and to find two men next door on ladders sanding a pergola, this went on for two full days, the next 4 days were a mixture of drilling and hammering that took place inside and this did last up until 9.00 pm some evenings. One of the days without any warning a man started to brush dust and old paint of the roof before painting it as we sat around the pool so we had to go inside. From day one from the sanding to the roof clean all dust and debris was carried over by the wind to the pool and seating areas and this restricted 6 of our days from sitting around the villa or swimming in the pool! The owners of the Villa we stayed at were very apologetic and good with getting back to us about any problems and they even spoke to the owner of the other Villa but his did not bring back our 6 disruptive days. So what are the pros/cons? Most likely if you stay at this Villa there will be no work going on next door but for us the walls are very thin you can hear a lot from conversations, toilets flushing etc. The Sofa was not comfortable and the bedding was not what we are used to, there were two sets of single duvets on a King and Queen sized bed which maybe some prefer but we like to share a duvet and the pillows were half the size and not very comfortable I advise to bring your own if you do decide to stay. We asked the owner if they have anymore to which they arranged for some but they smelt very strange so we had to go out and purchase some of our own. The positives of this Villa /Pool were when it was quiet and the drilling/sanding stopped and the outdoor space was not covered in dust and debris it was lovely. The showers were great, kitchen had everything you need, appliances were easy to use but we would not stay again for the fact the walls are way too thin for us, even when the building work stopped and new tourists arrived we could hear all their conversations and other things not to be mentioned so bring some earplugs!
