Spacious Villa with Private, Sunny Garden, Sea View and Exclusive Pool

Casa Rachel, situated in a quiet cul de sac with ample parking and fabulous open views of the sea, is only a 7 minute walk from the beautiful, child friendly Flamingo Beach with it's variety of restaurants and shops. Entering the south-facing garden you step into a private, peaceful haven with mature Canarian planting, an electrically and solar heated swimming pool with alfresco dining and lounge seating under the shade of the pergola which can be illuminated at night. There is a traditional barbeque and plenty of outdoor seating and sun loungers. The tranquil garden is not overlooked. The villa and gardens are on one level with no steps. The stylish open plan interior is accessed through French windows into modern kitchen, dining and sitting areas including satellite TV with BBC, ITV etc; DVD; hi-fi and a dresser full of books, toys and games. 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and the 2 twin bedrooms have fans. There is a bathroom, a shower room and an en-suite shower room.

A beautiful house that lives up to its billing
A spacious, bright, clean, very well equipped property with a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a colorful garden. The outdoor area is private and has a pleasant sea view. Shops, bus stops and Flamingo Beach are within reasonable walking distance, even for our 3 year old. The property is also very well serviced and the single (minor) issue we contacted the manager about was dealt with promptly. I would recommend Casa Rachel to anyone.

Warm January Sunshine in a handy and comfortable setting.
Everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable winter break in Lanzarote. Great outdoor area and a heated pool overlooking the sparkling sea and Fuertaventura in the distance. The property itself sits below the red volcano (great walk opportunity) and offers really comfortable and pleasant accomodation. Our first visit to Lanzarote which we found much more interesting and varied than we imagined, such as the volcanic vineyards and the beautiful town of Teguise... We had a great time. Thank you very much.

Lovely family villa
We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It is spacious and well laid out and has a comfortable, homely feel. The pool was lovely and warm and kept clean during our stay, my 2 year old granddaughter couldn’t wait to get in every day. The villa is in a quiet location so little noise at night but it was only a short walk to the lovely Flamingo beach,restaurants and shops. Communication with Donna was great, she was really helpful and answered all our queries very quickly.

Return to Villa Rachel
We stayed at this villa 10 years ago so we were interested to see the changes Donna had made. Lovely new kitchen and all new bathrooms with superb walk in showers. Comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and a now extended panoramic view of the coast and across to Fuerteventura. Pool was warm and clean and the garden has a lovely sofa area which is particularly pleasant in the early to mid-mornings. Very enjoyable place to enjoy Playa Blanca from. Recommeded.

Beautiful villa. Everything you need. Close by to all amenities with some lovely places to eat and drink. Slight issue with water but one phone call and between Donna the owner and Karen the property manager it was all sorted. Could not fault booking and correspondence from Donna. We had a week's break at Casa Rachel. It is a lovely, spacious villa beautifully presented with everything you would need. The outside space is great and the heated pool a huge bonus. It was a short walk to the front but we appreciatd having a car to get to the town centre and better restaurants. A big thank you to Donna for all the information beforehand and for the pleasure of using this villa.

Family holiday
This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at the villa and yet again it has not disappointed. You can tell the villa is used by the owner as it is very homely, equipped with everything you can possibly need and the location is great. It’s within easy walking distance to Flamingo beach, which has a selection of restaurants etc. You don’t need to hire a car, but we did as we liked to explore the island. Marina Rubicon is gorgeous, again with lovely shops and restaurants. The children thoroughly enjoyed the Aqua Lava water park, which is conveniently situated around the corner from the villa. We would highly recommend a holiday in this lovely villa.

The villa was very well equipped, clean, tidy and spacious. Very welcoming and homely.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is private and spacious. There were just three of us, one with a wheelchair. Although access to the bedrooms was not possible with the wheelchair owing to its width, the entrances were not too far to walk with crutches. The local shops and restaurants at Playa Flamingo are just a short 8-10 minute walk away so the villa is ideally located. The accommodation is worthy of 5*.

Fabulous family holiday
We had a week in this villa and wished we could have stayed longer. Clean and very well equipped, we even had a beach parasol. Powerful showers and the pool was really warm and clean. We hired a car but you could easily do without - we walked to the beach and restaurants. The Argentinian restaurant (walk down to seafront, turn right and keep walking, it’s up the steps behind the diving place) was amazing and the Italian in the same place was equally good. We walked up the Montana Roja behind the villa at sunrise one morning, what an experience! You can walk down into the crater which the kids loved. Communication with Donna before and during the holiday was fantastic & she really does go above and beyond to ensure her clients have the best holiday. All in all, we agreed that this was our best family holiday to date and we hope to return one day!

Hard to Beat This One!
Di & I are regular visitors to Lanzarote and have stayed in many of the villas in Los Mojones (Puerta Del Carmen) & Playa Blanca. Have to say this is one of the best. Why? Because of the combination of lovely homely touches in decor, art work & furnishings, the fabulous garden (very hard to achieve in the Canaries) with its choice of shady and sunbathing areas and of course that lovely spot with the view out to Fuertaventura. All this and air conditioning too! Like I say, hard to beat. Thoroughly recommended.

Villa delight
Have just returned from Donna’s villa in playa blanca. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience. I’m usually ready for home after a fortnight but I could have easily stayed another week. Everything about the villa is spot on and as for playa Blanca wow what a lovely place. The booking experience was very straightforward and dealing with Donna was a joy. We booked our transfers with first minute trace which is a local operation in playa. A taxi will cost you about 45euros to the villa, whereas we paid 25. Thanks Donna for the best holiday we’ve had.

A slice of heaven
The villa is tucked away, in a peaceful location. It is furnished to a very high standard with our every need firstly considered and then catered for. There was even a funnel that we used to decant water from the huge bottle into a small fridge friendly container! And a squeegee to clean the shower glass (just like home)!! The recently refurbished bathrooms and kitchen really added to the wow factor. The grounds are totally private with lots of shade provided by poolside trees and pretty plants. The pool was immaculate and provided a cool sanctuary from the sun. The generous pool steps are also ideal for those who cannot face a sudden plunge. We have stayed in many private villas before, but Casa Rachel is by far the best "home from home" that we have found to date. Thank you for allowing us to share a slice of your heaven, if only for a week!
