This smartly presented north facing unit is your perfect pet friendly
holiday property for a one night or one month stay. Situated in a
central location, providing an equally measured stroll to the white
sands of Pippi's Beach or Yamba's main street where you can
indulge in a variety of restaurants, trendy cafes or browse Yamba's
boutique shops. Pippi Beach offers pet lovers a dog friendly beach
spanning from the southern end of the beach along to flat rock and
beyond. Your furry friend will never want to leave Yamba.

Sunnyvale 2 caters for all your holiday needs with an open planned
air-conditioned kitchen, living/dining area. Two good-sized
bedrooms, both offering fans and robes to ensure you of a
comfortable stay. The combined bathroom/laundry provides a shower, vanity, top loader washing machine and separate toilet.

This comfortable, affordable, lowset, 2-bedroom unit has all the
amenities you need plus the convenience of being centrally located.

* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Linen is supplied at this property. Bring your own beach towels.
- A basic starter pack (toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc.) is provided for your initial needs, but for longer stays, additional supplies are recommended.
- Small dogs are permitted inside. No backyard. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.
