I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Yanbu, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff made me feel right at home. A special mention goes to Mashael, who assisted me during checkout. She was incredibly helpful and made the process seamless, ensuring I left with a positive impression. The restaurant staff also deserves recognition. The restaurant manager went above and beyond to ensure each meal was perfectly prepared and served with a smile. I must applaud the cooks for their delicious offerings; every dish was a delight. I also want to highlight the new female host, Bashaeer, who was attentive and made sure all guests felt welcomed and comfortable. Her enthusiasm and professionalism truly enhanced the dining experience. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager in person. His outstanding leadership was evident, and I appreciated that he took the time to check in on me and my stay. It truly shows how dedicated he is to ensuring a great experience for all guests. Very clean and up to date. The pool is nice for wading on a hot day. There's also a gym that is surprisingly well equipped, along with a sauna and jacuzzi. The room itself (executive suite) was super spacious.

Two things that i really liked and highly appreciate in the hotel that are room cleanliness and good breakfast. It is rarely to find a neat and nice room without some few dust here and there, which is very annoying, even in 5 star hotels, however this hotel rooms were cleaned just perfectly, exactly the way it should be as there was NO dust at all even in very tiny and unreachable spaces; this was extremely surprising as we used to find dust in many 4 and 5 stars hotel rooms in the world.
