The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. Nicely decorated boutique hotel in Seoul. Arrived with a car and staff was nice and welcoming. Room was nicely and uniquely decorated. Room was somewhat dark so with all the lights on, it was quite dark. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Breakfast was great with good range of items. Staff was somewhat unwelcoming, may be because they have to work early in the morning? Friendly smiling face in the morning is better than a good scrambled egg! Anyway, I would definitely stay again.
