Great check-in. They gave our cat a goodie bag! So sweet. Room was clean and pillows and bed very comfy. Second stay here on our way home from Florida. Will definitely stay again.
The room (246) was supposed to be non-smoking and it stinks cigarettes like no tomorrow so much. We had to put air freshener for the bathroom all over the room and it still didn't take the smell away. The hide a bed was ripped. The carpet was ripped. The bed very uncomfortable, as hard as a board.

The inside of the door had a lot of dirty fingerprints. The toilet bowl had a ring of brown at the water line. The carpet had a square cut out area that was placed back. The bed was uncomfortable, and the curtain (that had dirt along the inside seam) didn't block out the outdoor lighting. The room was bright at 4 a.m.

Very small pillows (more like throw pillows for a sofa! Strange!) Run down bathroom n not very clean. Cheap furniture. I’d rather pay more for a cleaner nicer place. I won’t stay in a Best western again.

There was an odor of cigarette smoke but it wasnt too bad. There was a raised bump down the exact middle of the bed which leads me to believe there was a bar under the mattress and made sleeping uncomfortable trying to avoid it. The bathtub was really small and I barely fit in it and I'm not an overly large person. Overall the hotel is very well maintained and the room was very clean just those minor things. Personally I wouldnt stay there again because I want to take a nice relaxing bath so I would stay somewhere with an adequate size tub.

Outdated rooms and smelly all over the hotel. Couldn’t have breakfast because of the unbearable smell of ammonium. Would not recommend.

While this is an older hotel the carpeting and paint in my room were fresh and the towels were very nice. The staff were all very friendly.

Staff at check in very pleasant and explained everything. Rooms were as to be expected. Looks like new carpet was recently installed. Bathrooms need updated but still workable. Beds were comfortable and rooms looked clean. However I found a sock laying on the chair in the room. Pool water was warm but be prepared it is chilly when you get out and you go outside to get to your room. Breakfast had quite a few options. Would stay again.

I was very pleased with this hotel other than the pillows suck. My 2 night stay ended with a terrible back ache from the pillows on the bed. Please invest in some firmer ones.

The check in was easy and fast. She was very pleasant at the desk. We were disappointed that there was no restaurants there or near there. She said at the deck the pizza place delivered but when we called they said not on Sunday. So all we could get was a sub but had to drive to get it.i went into the bathroom after we had everything in the room and there was a hair in the bath tube so i didnt use the shower. Also they must of fixed a leak in the fixtures in the bathroom as there was a hole there. The tiles were falling off the wall. This was in room 140 . I look at the toilet and there was a slight ring forming. To me this is a toilet that isnt getting cleaned. We were so darn tired we just put up with it as it was one night. When you check in with your dog they do give the dog a welcome bag which was nice . But i would of rather had a clean room . I did tell the girl at the desk not to put anyone in there till its fixed. You could hear the maintenance men in the other room from our bathroom as there was a hole there were the tiles were falling off. You can see it in picture attachment. I love Best Western but this one isnt to par to that chain.

The carpet is old and dingy which creates an awful smell. New beds should be brought, the bed springs are old and not sanitary. The bathroom needs updating. The staff were wonderful. They don’t control the place needs updating. I won’t stay there again!

I liked that the property was convenient off of i-95. And I like the breakfast served in the morning. The only downside was that our sink in the room stayed clogged.
