"I don’t know a better word other than, “Thank you”! For the beyond accommodations that was given to my family. We only stayed a week and wish we were able to take Aminata with us. Mrs. Brady was so understanding and was on top of our needs and concerns. The home was extremely well maintained more than I expected. "Our Family Room could use a little refreshing, but aside from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and lunch kitchen teams were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the reception staff were equally welcoming and professional. I also needed to work during my stay, and the internet connection was excellent — fast, stable, and very reliable, which made a real difference. Food was also diverse and very good. I have stayed in many Novotel properties, particularly across Europe, and this one truly stands out as the best experience I’ve had so far. A special thank you to Ousmane, Safietou, and the lovely lady welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We will gladly return."
